It's not how you start, it is how you finish and it appears that a majority of fans (including myself) did enjoy the final 3 episodes of the show.

I thought it started stronger than it finished. It didn't start out great but the later shift to focus on the Mandalorian plot completely unnecessary.

I read that it was not very good. Glad I didn't waste time trying to watch it.
