The Matrix Resurrections : The Matrix Resurrections is unbelievably bad!

The film has a daytime tv soap opera look at times. Keanu gives one of the worst performance of his career even by that already sub par standard. It consists of him staring dumbly at his co star after they have given some speech and saying "Why?" "Oh yeah!" and other monosyllabic stoner terms. I keep waiting for him to say "Cowabunga!" at one stage.

The fights at times are ridiculous and border line laughable. During a factory fight everyone just kinda quits and goes home and then a homeless man yells at Leo or Neo or whatever the **** his name is. Friendly floating sky robots that squeak and butt noses like pet dogs do? floating metallic ball-bearing Morpheus? floating wise sky Dolphins? Eh yeah ok man. The writers must have been dropping some LSD when writing this one. And don't even get me started on that cute high fiving robot cockroach. "Yeah but you can't start a sentence with And you dumb red neck!" Yeah I can, **** you.

The reality braking failed flying attempt that seemed like an SNL sketch? How did this thing get green lighted financially? It can only justify its existence as a money laundering scheme!

Ok fair enough I was high as a kite watching it but this was total nonsense.

I still haven't seen "THE MATRIX RESURRECTIONS" yet but I heard that you could tell that the Director of the Movie really didn't want to make it.

They turned the Matrix into something that felt like a Carry On movie.

What was to be expected though? The original brother creators are now sisters and only one of them was involved. I mean, come on now.

In the UK for Comic Relief, they sometimes do short parody sequels to successful movies, where it's an extremely light-hearted, child friendly piss take.

This is what this felt like, only 2.5 hours long.

Ps - could they have found two more effeminate wimps to play Morpheus and Agent Smith?

So much of The Matrix was built on the indestructible brutality Hugo Weaving portrayed.

And they got the ****ing nerd from Mindhunter to play him LOL

It wasn't about the fighting and the technology. It was about the love story. You totally missed the point.

I'm a believer now I've seen it.

I had no idea what the hell was supposed to be going on or even what happened at the end this movie is so much bullshit it made me eyes bleed!

The first one had an interesting concept and was popular, both its sequels were awful.
