UPDATE: Amazon lost my order.
They now let me know that it's probably lost, and if I want, I could get a refund. It's just a curtain rod and I like it. Not in immediate need for it. I'm just going to sit this one out and see how long it does take to get here.
UPDATE:
So, I finally decided to stop playing the wait-and-see game, and canceled the order and got a refund.
Then I reordered it. It came in two days (well, really 1.5 days, but . . . that's neither here nor there . . . ).
Maybe in a few years, this errant curtain rod will be delivered to the house . . . and we'll have been moved away by then.
Anyway, I do blame it on the outage.
