Could you listen to a repetitive tune all day and all night that only lasts 4 or 5 secs, which has no lyrics and no guitar or any shit on it. Just a stupid made up tune via a stupid electronic piano keyboard?

And you've added stupid sound effects to it to create annoying vibrations, that can be sped up or slowed down and sound like a parked car with its engine running!

Would you class that as music or pure noise?

Music is an arbitrary human designation. It's all noise. Any repeated set of notes is "music".

Avant garde composers have experimented with this for a hundred years.
