Mariah Carey : I wonder if she likes Adele

I'm gonna take a guess and say no. She seems to have an issue with other successful female artists. Being that Adele is easily the most popular female artist right now, Mariah probably "doesn't know her" either.

She has a probl1c84em with other artists talking about her when they don't know her. I'm sure if she met Adele she would like her. But if she says she doesn't know her, then it's the truth, she doesn't.

I dont see anything wrong with not knowing her.

It is very clear that Mariah doesn't like female artists who don't write their own songs and music, and who sprang up out of nowhere from talent shows, or other areas of the entertainment industry. She expressed this even before she became a judge on American Idol. She had a really tough time starting out in the industry, and it shows. She does respect other females, especially artists like Beyonce and Taylor Swift, hence why all the jabs she does take out on are people like Jlo and Ariana.

She likes Britney and thinks Adele is talented. I think its how you come at her though. She dealt with fifferent kinds of people. There are also a lot of fake people in the buisness as well,as well as divas trying to make their career. Mariahs been in the buisness for a while. So she may know what shes doing. Plus shes a person. Some people you will get along with and some you just dont. She not perfect.

Which is, ironically, how people like Morris Levy (among other gangsters) got rich off the talent of talented black artists like Frankie Lymon and many others, in the 50s. Although, if true about Beyonc, it's probably more like Elvis (who has been accused of being hateful towards black people on nothing more than rumor and innuendo), who received a writing credit or two, to which he likely wasn't entitled), since he, like Bey, was actually performing the songs. Morris Levy was just a parasite.

Most of these hack singers now don't write their songs the days when a artist wrote their own material is going away. Instead you see it takes about 6 people minimum to write these *beep* pop songs that could have been written by a 13 year old.
