Well, she is better than Gal Gadot but about any actress can achieve that. 

She is nice generally nice in comedy but she is of very, very limited range when it comes to drama. In 'Oz: the Great & Powerful' she is absolutely painful - it's like watching a terrible school production where they had nobody else better to play the Wicked Witch.

She seems smart and really warm in 2000 interviews.

Agreed. Even those commercials are cringeworthy.
