Was that a goof? In episode 2, the psychic medium had a vision of who assaulted the child patient, Sophie. In her vision, the attacker was Sophie's brother, one of the other doctors at the mental institution. In the scene I'm talking about Freud is reprimanded by a professor about allowing the patient's brother inside her room to see her. They are in the hallway outside of the patient's hospital room. In the tight shot there is a male patient following behind them, and talking gibberish to Freud as Freud is arguing with the Professor. The man is gone in the next shot.
