That's what I was talking about, we don't eat Panda Express style food. I'm not even a real pure Chinese culture. My mom also has had Indonesian food, I bet. They don't have the ingredients here, I think, like frog legs.

Well, Asians are a lot less fat than us Americans so their food must at least be better than ours.

It is Christina. But some of it is high in carbohydrates, such as rice and noodles. Yet, you don’t see a lot of fat Asians. But I think that’s mostly due to genetics.

Mexican food is probably the worst. It’s practically pure carbohydrates, which is bad news for diabetics. And you see plenty of the horizontally challenged Hispanics. Because mother nature was not as kind to them, and so they’re not blessed with the genes, as are the Asians :D
