Do you think they'll re-arrange the show to fit it in or just let the show run longer than the usual 3-4 hour snooze fest that is The Oscars?

Why watch it at all if you feel it's a "snooze fest" Sounds like you hate it already so why bother?

Just tape it and fast forward through the sweet memories part. Problem solved.

Well I like the In Memoriam part.

But you gotta admit, the jokes, in between are filler nonsense. Cut them out and you can shrink that show to 2 hours max.

The snoozefest parts are the lame jokes in between (no matter who does hosts it) and the commercials.

No award show should run 3 to 4 hours. That's nonsense.

No, they'll omit a few famous people like they always do.

I'd rather they cut all the useless songs and do this right. I'd love to see 30 minutes and multiple clips to be honest. That's what we actually care about, more than the new pictures with the best PR campaigns.

Exactly the same. This year only had an abnormal spate of celebrity deaths in the spring, but people keep whining like it continued and it didn't. Normal rates, slightly higher total, nothing amazing.
