You should cook some for yourself. Have you ever cooked whole wheat pancakes and add finely chopped walnuts to the batter before cooking?

You can also just stack the cakes with strawberries and real whipped cream. I think IHOP already has those types of pancakes. I can't even remember anymore. Been a while since I had anything from IHOP.
