Right, when you hit "Quote". I like that too, plus it sends automatic notifications that way, otherwise no notification (like if you just click "Reply" or use the "Quick Reply" box at the bottom) which is like, huh?

You have to be careful because caregiver stress/syndrome. If you can do nothing else, watch out for/tend to the symptoms.

I'm on all kinds of supplements due to me panicking when my hair fell out
I also used topical essential oils. there's so much stuff out there, who knows what works, so I just did what i could and my hair grew back to the way it was before. If I had to do it over again I would have left my hair alone more instead of using chemicals on it
also! I think from taking gelatin and collagen my nails are now strong for the first time
As far as managing stress, I've been on Paxil for 14 years

Well, you look great and you've seemed in awesome spirits so probably everything you've worked this hard and had trial and error to figure out to do for yourself is working as much as it can, it's just the mindfulness that you have to stick with. Never forget yourself and keep looking out for positive distractions and other activities SEX!!! to keep you on that even keel.
