The Dirties : The Bullies deserved it. (spoilers)

Can we all just stop defending the bullies of the world? Bullies take sick pleasure in hurting other and taking away their dignity. The bullying presented in this film is very true to life and not at all melodramatic or exaggerated. These bullies, like the ones in real life, are not going to learn some lesson like in an after-school special. No one is ever going to punish them. Teachers don't do anything. Parents make things worse. Those bullies are gonna grow up and pass along their sadism to other people without learning a single lesson or feeling any guilt over the people they terrorized. So frankly, they deserved what they got. If you hurt and humiliate other people and take joy in it, then you deserve whatever comeuppance you receive, including being shot by your victim.

That being said, I don't support the shooting and murder of innocent people. Matt didn't hurt anyone else, just the bad guys like he said. Never hurt innocent people who've never done anything to you. Just bullies. I said it. Someone had to.

Many people are far too sympathetic to bullies, they say "oh it's part of growing up," but then act so surprised when bullies don't face legal consequences when teenagers commit suicide. You are either on one side of the spectrum or the other. Like the OP says, I don't condone shooting or torture but just because bullies have found a legal way to kill people doesn't mean they should be seen as innocent.

Most people like to say they believe in a system of right and wrong, but when the only way to right a wrong is via wrong, I think that to sacrifice your "right" so that others can continue being "right" with less wrong around them, that takes guts.

Ok lemme simplify: Most bullies act or say they don't care what you throw at them.

Well, how about a bullet or two?

I grew up as a relatively big guy growing up so I've never experienced being bullied. I also nievelly never remember anyone getting bullied. In retrospect there probably were I feel like people that are getting bullied should try and reach out to people. Not a parent or teacher(that will make it worst) but fellow classmates. Just tell them that the bully is being a dick.

The bullies may have deserved their fates, but the innocent bystanders, none of whom were shot, didn't deserve to witness it and be shocked accordingly. Many if not most of them will suffer psychological injuries, and a few of them probably did experience some minor physical injuries while fleeing in a stampede of panic. The protagonist might be a hero to some of the students in hindsight but not in the context of the imminence of his assassinations.

I remember reading that bullying is worse than being molested. People who are molested can sue their abuser for lots of money. Yet bullying is not in anyway illegal.
