The driver is clearly at fault. The woman had the right of way and was in the middle of the cross walk when the driver started his left turn. Pedestrians always have the right of way and this woman was crossing legally. But she was an idiot to leave her baby in the middle of an intersection to climb on the driver's car.

He was not turning but proceeding forward. He did roll the stop a bit…but she wasn't in a crosswalk rather on a sidewalk that she ran from to confront him.then she abandons her child to recklessly jump on his hood. Fruit loopy!

Okay, you're right, he wasn't turning. But still she was in the street crossing and he didn't stop. She was off the side walk and in the street already when he proceeded. But yeah, she's an idiot for climbing on his car and leaving the baby in the middle of traffic.

Okay, I've watched it like 10 times now lol. The driver didn't stop at the sign either. So he is at fault. But yeah, she's a crazy white trash bitch who over reacted and endangered her child.

The driver is at fault. A stop sign means stop and verify that the intersection is clear.
It doesn't mean "Don't stop, and follow the car ahead of you so closely that you're both in the intersection at the same time."
