Hungry/TyKohn: Two face
One body. Two minds. As hungryforever, he is handsome and kind to all. A great man. But look out for the dastardly TyKohn! While Ty is just as handsome as hungry, he is slightly less kind. Unlike hungry, TyKohn occasionally forgets to say "god bless you" when you sneeze.
Dane: Bane
Because it rhymes and they are both British. Also, both are ripped on the roids. Don't be fooled by his immense size, Dane is actually a softo at heart. Unlike you, you piece of shit.
Project: Clayface
PE can derma-roll his face to take on any shape. He creates artificial versions of himself to present to the world to try to hide his true evil nature. Eventually the strain of falsity becomes too much and the real PE reveals himself. A cold, calculated, serial killer. Whatever you do, do not mod this man.

He’s bipolar and his mood changes often. He also wears sunglasses which are fused to his face due to an accident when he was young. He was an armed burglar robbing a sunglasses store, and before police arrived, his arch rival who he stabbed 17 times, received a tip where he was, and threw acid in his eyes, causing him to fall backwards into a bar of sunglasses, in which one fused with the acid onto his eyes and became a part of his skin.
It’s like that Tales of the Crypt episode with the guy who rips off the girl’s “mask.” The twist is itty’s glasses are his eyes. So, Two/face works as a double entredre.

Same comical distinct facial features as Jack Nicholson/Christian Slater/Christopher Walken/adult Macauley Culkin. Has that crazy Jack Nicholson smile from The Shining and has the ability to go completely batshit crazy.
Rocket: Penguin
Short and fat, wobbles when he walks, smokes cigars, alcoholic, wears a hat. Stutters a lot and does the "wa, wa, wa," thing Burgess Meredith did as Penguin in the 60s show. Smells like a sewer.
Gwnyc: Scarecrow
She's crazier than the Joker, but she gets Scarecrow as she has that clinical psychologist turned psycho vibe. Unlike the others on this list, she's smart, but uses her intelligence for pure evil, pure insanity. Has those crazy eyes. A physical hybrid of Scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz and post-vitiligo post-surgery Michael Jackson.
Geewizz: Riddler
Will inbox you clues and riddles to a particular something in a calm, collected manner rather than give you the literal answer. Wants to you arrive at the conclusion but only after you solve his riddle. "This user has a face and two hands, but no arms or legs. Who is he?"
Twiz: Poison Ivy
Will lead you on, seduce you with her kiss, only to betray you. Her cybers are poisonous!
Nimda: Catwoman
More of an anti-heroine than a villain. A cat burglar at heart, wants to only benefit himself with goods rather than being sadistically evil for sake of enjoying it; but will join the evil pack to steal that precious diamond. He dupes both the good and the evil: Self-centered and will pretend to go along with a particular view only to obtain personal goods.
