Mob City : Who played the rival detective at the start of episode 3?

Who played the rival detective at the start of episode 3?

Right after the flashback, the mob squad are looking at the two dead bodies (Moe and Jerry), but are interrupted by another group of detectives. Who played the main one? The one that asked "Why are you on our crime scene?" then said "Two of our CI's get whacked, it makes it ours." I believe the Chief called him Jack.

I'm not sure, but I think it was Jack Conley. MOB CITY isn't listed in his credits, but it sure did look like him. He frequently plays cops. He played Detective Leary in PAYBACK, the Vice Squad Captain in L.A. CONFIDENTIAL, and a federal agent in GET SHORTY.
