Re: The Worst Singles of 1986

El Debarge's "Who's Johnny" and Steve Winwood's "Higher Love" gets my vote.

Re: The Worst Singles of 1986

"The Final Countdown" is way worse than most of the ones listed.

Re: The Worst Singles of 1986

You`re probably right. Not sure how it missed the cut.

Re: The Worst Singles of 1986

Madonna does not have a song called "Baby Love" and "Where's the Party" was never released as a single in any market.

Re: The Worst Singles of 1986

Oops. Thanks for pointing out my error. Will fix.

"Where`s the Party" b/w "Love Don`t Live Here Anymore" Warner Bros. / WB-77-561

I never saw the record but it got so much airplay I thought it was released here. It is catalogued so I`m sticking with it. I mean, it sucks really bad so even if it`s a phantom, it belongs here.

Falco - "Rock Me Amadeus"

Bangles - "Manic Monday"

. . . there are a bunch I don't recognize, though, including at this point a number of artists that I don't recall ever hearing of before--like Starpoint, Dream Academy, etc. I mostly recognize the tunes that are from artists that I'm a fan of.
