That's chump change to Microsoft. Still, this could prompt a nice big bunch of small claims lawsuits, and maybe even a class action lawsuit. The latter is probably assured with the current state of ambulance chasers.

The last I read, Microsoft is facing two lawsuits, one in Florida and one in Israel, and both suits are seeking class-action status.

The latest victim was an Alzheimerâs patient - I'm sure Microsoft would have looked very bad in court.
