I can't tell exactly what you're wanting to use the CEC (Sync) interface to do though. Can you elaborate?
The A/V receiver switches between HDMI inputs, so the TV will only see one input from the receiver at a time.
If you can run everything through the receiver and use it as the hub to send CEC and networking signals through, that would be ideal.
