Displays and Projectors : how do you fix image burn on an hd lcd tv?

i have a 32 inch one i use as a screen for my computer recently i noticed the image of the top bar of my internet browser as begun to burn into my screen and i was wondering how youd get rid of it? if there are preferably any free programs i can use please let me know
