The person he raped the girl with didn't get off. The only reason he got off (as brought up in the trial) is because they had a previous sexual encounter the day before. He's not innocent, he just got off on the technicality of perpetual consent

According to prison rape percentages, there are roughly 3x as many blacks than there are whites serving time for rape.According to national crime statistics, after being arrested for rape, whites are over twice as likely to serve time in prison for rape than blacks. Clearly, the system is out to get whitey. The rate at which whites walk away from rape charges isn't anywhere close to that of blacks.
In his half-dozen posts about rape stats, he is both right and very wrong. As I showed him in that same thread when I wrote:

* Brock Turner - we all know his story of how he raped a young girl and just finished serving 3-months in a county jail.
* John Enochs - a former student at Indiana University, was accused and convicted of sexually assaulting two women. He is now serving one years probation after pleading guilty.
* David Becker - 2016 in Massachusetts, he raped 2 women and was given only 2-years probation and also will not have to register as a sex offender.

* Kraigen Grooms - In Iowa, he raped a 1-year-old child and filmed it. He was found guilty (they have the video) and in 2016 he was given a 10-year suspended prison sentence (no jail time).
Now shall I make a list of all the black men who have been sent to prison for rape that was later proved they did not commit?!The Innocence Project has set free many black men who were falsely convicted of rape. Cases that are very similar to the reporting of the case of Brian Banks, who at age 16 was tried as an adult for the accusation of raping a white, then teenage girl.
Banks and the girl were classmates and were seen by dozens of witnesses, making out on campus, the same day she accused him of rape. After serving 5-years in prison, Banks was released because his accuser recanted her story (of her own free will). His conviction was overturned in 2012 yet the girl has not ever been charged for lies she told. Many women are raped every day around the world. And also around the world, some women lie and claim rape for reasons that often have to do with emotional pain caused for one reason or another, by the accused man.
The point here is that the number of imprisoned black sexual assault offenders in our country, compared to that of white sexual assault offenders, is a direct result of racism (from judges, prosecutors, and jury members). This is proven by the FACT that whites commit far more rape and sexual assault than blacks do (note that the FBI and DOJ classify forcible rape as a different category than sexual assault of other types such as child molestation).
This data is obviously with regards to known offenses. Known offenses refers to people that were arrested and charged with said sexual crimes. Nate Parker is a black man who faced an almost all white jury and was found not guilty 12-0. The same stats that you mentioned, are the same reasons why Parkers' innocence is that much more clear; black men statistically, far more often than not, get convicted and sent to prison for any rape allegations. Again, many more whites commit sexual assault yet more blacks get sent to prison for sexual assault."

Again, almost 2/3 of sexual assault (rape and all other types), within the U.S., are committed by white male teens and adults. What is interesting and also, once again, proves my point, is the fact that even though sexual assault is committed more so by white males; more black males are currently behind bars for sexual assault of some type. Yet at over 800,000 registered sex offenders in the U.S., outside of prison, the majority, are WHITE males.

Zombie is clearly too stupid (willful ignorance) to understand that the data clearly shows that even though more whites commit sexual assault, there are more blacks in prison for sexual assault because far more whites do not get sent to prison for said sexual assault compared to blacks who face a jury. Again, almost 2/3's of sexual assault in the U.S., is at the hands of white males. These white males once convicted, far more often than black sexual assault convicted people; are NOT sent to prison despite what the lies zombie attempted to push here.
I am a white male in my 20's. I comprehend that the systems (legal, business and all other systems), favor me over minorities and women. To suggest otherwise would be a lie or the words from the mind of a white male person who has failed in life and is looking to blame someone, anyone other than himself (can you say zombie?!). This is why I have no problem acknowledging truths such as the evils that were committed during slavery. I am secure in myself. I am not the entire white race. I am one person only accountable for my own actions.

Nate Parker made some very negative comments about gay people. Zombie cares not about the crazy* girl (she had some serious issues before and after her claims against Parker) who killed herself over a decade after she failed at her attempt to put an innocent man in prison for gossiping about the sexual encounter she had with him and his friend.

His acquittal doesn't mean absolutely that he's innocent
but the SAME can be said about ANYONE who has ever been acquitted of anything at all.
