Perhaps they all think he's a warlock, but as his powers develop, they realize he's the antichrist? It could get pretty intense. But it'd be the Coven, so I'm expecting campiness galore (unfortunately).

But seriously, who, besides Billie Dean, even survived Murder House? Michael wouldn't be old enough to be in the Coven setting, unless there's a time jump. What other actors were in both seasons whose characters would still be able to cross over? The MH ghosts are very specific to that location, so I don't see them making the move to NOLA. There would be reason to scream, "PLOTHOLE!!" if that happens. Although, I guess any of the surviving members of Coven could visit the Murder Houseperhaps to free the ghosts?

Michael can age quickly ..he speed up vivion's pregnancy..so it's not much of a stretch that he can age fast
