Star Trek: Deep Space Nine : S6 Ep 20: Odo playing piano at Vic's bar

S6 Ep 20: Odo playing piano at Vic's bar

I wonder if the creators of the show meant to show an image like Jimmy Durante at the piano. Both also had gruff voices, although Odo did not sing.
For me the Vic Fontaine program was the only holo-deck/suite plot in the entire Star Trek spinoffs which was really interesting. TNG and Voyager kept falling back on the device that something went wrong and the live characters were in danger, but in this case they just didn't want to destroy the Vic character.

Vic was interesting for one or two episodes, but after two seasons i was really over it

He was only in one season. Did you mean after two episodes?

Actually the character first appeared near the end of season 6. Then in the season 6 finale. So that's 2 episodes in season 6, plus the rest in season 7.

Oops. Maybe I blocked out those episodes. :-)

Well I don't like the character at all. And having it be a real person in the "mirror universe" was especially dumb. But I still like to get the numbers right. 😎
