The Newsroom : Such a missed opportunity…

I'm so sad that this show ended so fast. Just imagine them covering the presidential election, it could have been awsome, like TV history awsome.

After calling the Tea Party the American Taliban Will McAvoy would just fly into a seething rage and flop around on the floor foaming at the mouth while attempting to describe the alt-right.

Just watching it now on amazon prime and really enjoying it after the first one or two episodes. Sure wish they had continued for more seasons.

Everybody and their dog was covering the presidential election. Comedians were saying how hard it is to write jokes when reality seems more absurd than any fiction. I don't know if the show could say anything new, except for the whole staff walking around in "Told ya" T-shirts.
