..and that is we won't have to read complaints about Shawshank being number 1 by the fanboys of other films.

But I will miss the discussions and a lot of you regulars.

LOL! What makes you think anyone except the tiny percentage of fanboys cares what position any movie is in?

Hehe. you fanboys *never* got it. Shawshank is not even in my top ten for my favorite films of all time, but it NEVER bothered me what the other IMDB members voted it, or the combined votes of IMDB members has it ranked higher than my favorite films. I did vote it a 10 like a lot of folks because I enjoyed it and continue to do so.

Anyone that gives the rankings more than a second's thought truly has something wrong in their skulls.

Nothing wrong with others suggesting to undo the damage that the Shawshank fanboys wrought.

Anyway, I'm not really invested in having another film supplant it. I want it out just because.
