The series is called "Life in Cold Blood". Filming is completed and it is in post production at the moment. It is due for release in Spring 2008.
The series is about amphibians and reptiles and will consist of five 50 minute episodes.
Sir David celebrated his 80th birthday last year while filming prt of this series in the Galapagos Islands. One2000 of the giant tortoises that he filmed on the Galapagos is thought to be the same age as he is.
