It must be Zack, why else would he randomly be the stripper at her hen party and she flirted with him after. It was their sneaky way of showing us I reckon.

Now that its been suggested I think it could be Louis. Or maybe she's even slept with them both and not sure who the father is?
If its true though that means we've spent weeks watching Louis trail around after Simone, begging for forgiveness, only to know that there is another massive bombshell to come.
And speaking of Simone, I have to admit that I've started to like her. She got on my nerves at first with the way she treated her kids like they are still 5 but she is more likeable these days.
