I didn't know it could possibly be Jesse's, when did that happen?
And why hasn't Jesse questioned Leela about it?

It's either Jesse or Liam, one of the Donovan's, I don't like them so don't pay much attention to their scenes.

It was mentioned by Ste that the baby could be one of the Donovan's after Cameron and Leela briefly split. I think Tegan might also know, but that's it. The Donovan brother hasn't even thought about it to question it.

No doubt when Cameron is exposed then, Leela will suddenly remember that she slept with one of the Donovan's and all of a sudden it might not be Cameron's baby.
She'll probably end up telling him as well (I read somewhere that Cameron writes a confession note). So Leela will probably tell him out of hate and spite and no doubt send him after his next victim whether its Jesse or Liam.

Or it could go completely differently. Would anyone be surprised if Leela stood by him yet again after a few of his sob stories?

Hopefully it's Liam.
Jesse and Celine were such a cute couple, it would be a shame if he slept with Leela.
