I am constantly dismayed by poor spelling. A local restaurant used to allow children to take home the glass their beverage was served in. It had a cartoon character on it. In the menu it was listed as a memento, only it was spelled "momento".

Our local newspaper had an article about a building being torn down because it was in danger of imminent collapse, except the headline and the article both wrote it as "eminent."

Thank the government run public school system for a lot of this academic underachievement.

Why? Because, unless you're in denial, it it quite clear Trump has no sense of humor about himself & very thin-skinned.

Did you watch the Al Smith dinner? Hillary's jokes were very self-deprecating - the same as all candidates, of both parties, at previous Al Smith dinners. But Trump made others (including his wife) the butt of his jokes - never himself.

All Trump had to do was admit to the mistake & laugh and we would be laughing with him, not at him.

Why so defensive? Why else would you post stupid s**t excuses with all those local mistakes. All of us see them every day . . . and laugh because they are mistakes. No one is saying Trump is the only one that makes mistakes.
