WOW! Talk about lacking morals and ethics

The soon-to-be daughter of President-elect Donald Trump was auctioned with the highest bod of $77,888 on the Charitybuzz website (which was taken down this morning). The winning bid buys the highest bidder the chance to sit down and have 'face time' and a cup of java with Ivanka Trump - who just happens to be her father's closest adviser and confidante.

The auction was orchestrated by her siblings, and held as part of a "fundraiser" for the Eric Trump Foundation, which claimed proceeds would benefit St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

One of the high bidders was an investment manager who wanted the chance to ask Ivanka what the elected President was planning on doing in the future - especially with foreign countries where the gentleman does some heavy investing.

The New York Times reported on the auction (which also included tea with Sarah Ferguson, or lunch with a popular actress) and the inappropriateness of anyone from the Trump family participating.

Despite the criticism and concerns from political watchdogs and media about the conflicts of interest related to the influence his children may have on Trump's administration, Eric Trump brushed it off as mauch-ado-about-nothing. He claims it's nothing more than 'a way to raise money for sick children'.

So freaking WHAT? St Jude's Children Hospital is a worthy cause. No family is ever given a bill for their child's treatment. Everything is taken care of by donations. St. Jude's has also done groundbreaking research in children's cancers.

The late Danny Thomas founded St. Jude's. He was a struggling performer and he prayed to St. Jude for help. St. Jude is the patron saint of desperate causes. He promised that he would do something in honor of St. Jude if his prayers were answered.

Now his daughter, Marlo Thomas, who is almost as big a leftie loon as you, runs the organization. But politics aside, it is a worthwhile cause.

Nowhere in my post did I say anything against St. Jude's Children Hospital (a charity which I have held fundraisers for via my business and one I donate to on a regular basis), yet you rant on and on in their defense like a lunatic. Let's seehis father 'raised money' under pretense just to commission a 6 foot portrait of himself, he did not donate 'all the money' he raised on 'Celebrity Apprentice' each season to the charities he claimed he did on television (more and more celebrities have said they didn't get a penny from him for their charities), and made false claims about funding charities throughout the past 30 years.

The sh!t usually doesn't fall far from the @ss, so time will tell if Eric forks over nearly $800,000 to St Jude's Hospital. Until he does, it's just an alleged claim.

St. Jude's is a WONDERFUL charity. Of course, no one disputes that. The issue is all but giving a kidney to have a lousy cup of coffee with Ivanka.

Danny Thomas did NOT live an ostentatious lifestyle. Given his wealth, the family lived very modestly. I don't believe he'd approve of Trump.

I'd love to see a huge check presented to Marlo, but I won't hold my breath. Trump has lied about his taxes, his charitable donations, his education. . .I don't trust a word that comes out of his mouth.

I can't imagine Marlo is happy that the Russians hacked the election in his favor. There's no doubt where her political loyalties lie:
