Steven Seagal : His best movies!?

So I grew up in the 90s and I don't think I've seen any of his movies.. my parents must not be fans lol

So I'm really into action films like die hard, speed, Air Force one etc so what would you say are his best? I'm watching executive decision right now.

Also any suggestions for any other 90s movies that I might not have seen and should watch!?

If you like big budget action movies, pretty much most of his movies from 1988 to 2002 were well made films that mostly hit cinemas. You should be fine with his first 10 or so movies. After this point, the budgets seem to shrink, as he started making movies that largely went to DVD.

If I had to recommend his movies, I'd say:

Out For Justice (1991) Probably his best movie?
Under Siege (1993) Not my favourite, but easily his most successful movie
On Deadly Ground (1994)

The Glimmer Man (1996) Underrated Buddy action/comedy flick

Half Past Dead (2002)
Belly of the Beast (2003)
Urban Justice (2007)
Driven to Kill (2009) Another classic

I think Steven Seagal has surpassed Stallone and Schwarzenegger in the movie dept since the dawn of the 21st century. His DTV movies beat anything they have done combined when it comes to making great action films.
