I Need To Know : SOLVED: 90s PBS cartoon drawing artist show

The guy would come on TV after school I think, and would draw these crazy cartoon worlds with magicians. The drawings were lots of loose curvy lines.

The show was meant to teach you to draw cartoonish styles I think?

Any ideas?
