General Hospital : So we're back to bad Brad?
Re: So we're back to bad Brad?
I would hardly call this "bad" (for Brad anyway). This is certainly a step up from trying to blackmail Michael into sleeping with him.
Re: So we're back to bad Brad?
Was Finn against putting Brad's name on the patent before the blackmail? I mean, Brad did help him out. Not sure what the big deal here is.
Re: So we're back to bad Brad?
Finn was against getting a patent at all. This whole subplot was foreshadowed last week by Finn ranting to Hayden that he didn't want to patent the drug because that would lead to a greedy pharmaceutical company jacking up the price. Honestly, I find the whole thing preposterous. I very much doubt that any doctor who had spent years of his life developing a promising new drug would seriously object either to patenting it or giving it to a pharmaceutical company, and I seriously doubt that any professional medical researcher of any standing wouldn't already have several patents to his name.
Re: So we're back to bad Brad?
That isn't as bad as some other things he's done. It makes sense he wouldn't become saint-like overnight. I wish they'd show him more with Lucas than with Finn.
Re: So we're back to bad Brad?
Yeah, he's greedy for sure. But he has a point about keeping Hayden in the dark.

Re: So we're back to bad Brad?
Has anyone said Brad and Julian look alike?
Re: So we're back to bad Brad?
Uhhhh.what? A fat, 20 something Asian guy looks like a taut, 50 something white guy? No, I'm pretty sure that no one has ever said that.
Re: So we're back to bad Brad?
the question is ridiculous but Brad isn't fat. He's skinny fat. haha
Re: So we're back to bad Brad?
Well, how do you define 'fat'? I mean sure, he isn't morbidly obese or anything, but he isn't thin, and he is not what anyone would call 'in shape.' Now that I think about it, Brad and Spinelli are probably the two characters on this show who comes closest to looking like 'normal people' and not a Hollywood actor who spends 20 hours a week working out and has a personal trainer.
Re: So we're back to bad Brad?
I Googled images of Parry Shen because it's never even entered my mind that he's fat. I don't think he can be defined as fat by any standards.
Re: So we're back to bad Brad?
Thank you! I truly wonder what people consider fat these days. Especially when you consider the camera adds at least 20lbs, most people on TV are practically emaciated IRL. I remember an actress from TB who stated that she was so skinny because she wanted to appear moderately thin (her ideal weight) on TV, which she did. But IRL she was underweight.

Re: So we're back to bad Brad?
He's not fat. He has a thick neck and in a scrubs/lab coat combo that's all we can really focus on. He's clearly lifted in the past based on his biceps in photos. We can't tell anything when he's in that lab coat.
Re: So we're back to bad Brad?
I read here the Brad actor is in his 40s believe it or not
Re: So we're back to bad Brad?
Lucas wasn't pleased when he caught Brad blackmailing Finn. But I like the conflict it sets up in the new Brucas marriage. Great seeing Lucas back on!
And again it's so annoying that characters don't have those handy linen closets GH used to have back in the day. Another reason I want Olivia Jerome to tear it down so it can be rebuilt lol.
But overall I completely understand Brad's wanting to be in on the patent
