No, none of them appeared. The tv show did not have approval to include certain characters.
Although that's not entirely true. Batman did appear in a flashback in the pilot ep when Barbara was telling Dinah about when the Joker and Batman fought and how Batman fled town after Selina was killed and Barbara was shot.

Dick Grayson, Jason Todd and Tim Drake were all referenced in one episode but none of them were ever shown. Also, like huntress said, Batman was shown once but he didn't have any dialogue.

He was mentioned when Barbara mentioned what a good team Batman and Commissioner Gordon made. So, at least once he was mentioned.

Batman was seen briefly in a few flashbacks in the pilot episode. He was mentioned plenty of times throughout the series though, and I seem to remember Dick Grayson and Tim Drake being mentioned once or twice too.
Batgirl was seen in flashbacks in the pilot and she became Batgirl again for a later episode too.
