Anyone else think that Coven was the worst season?

Yeah I feel like it was the worst. I don't think it's horrible, but it's nothing like the others. The only things I liked was Fiona's cancer storyline and Kathy and Angela.

yeah but it wasn't bad in any way tho. i just happen to prefer the other 5 seasons

I think Roanoke is the worst season honestly but Coven is probably 2nd worst but that's just my opinion lol

Coven had so much potential too.

Less than forget. But more than begun.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. Angela Bassett and Kathy Bates were great in their scenes. Lilly Rabe was a great representation of a Stevie Nicks-type character. Oh yeah.Stevie Nicks actually DID cameos. The season covered many aspects of withcraft and real commitment in this storyline.

I'm a huge fan of this show, period. I love how each season is so different, yet takes us to the land of bizarre and disturbing. Each season has it's own merits and pitfalls, but are quality television. There is definitely an audience that agrees based on ratings.
Some episodes may be stronger than others, but that's true of any series on television.
I think how people react to any season says more about their personal taste rather than which season is best or worst.

I wholeheartedly agree and would add that it was the pushiest of all the seasons, but still and all it's been a fabulous roller coaster ride from The Haunted House to The Haunted Hotel. Definitely the best show available on Netflix, right alongside The Bates Motel and Hell on Wheels.

Sadly unless you're in Canada, American Horror Story is not on our Netflix.

Oddly enough I really enjoyed Coven but I can see how people wouldn't like it, sometimes it got too teen-orientated with the Zoe, Kyle and Madison storyline. I did think that Coven had the most colorful cast of characters to play around with.

Generally yes. Still better than most of what's on TV, but in comparison to the others, it's lacking. I think it just felt unfocused and tried a little much for a teen comedy angle.
