It's just the DVD cover. I think IMDb often defaults to whatever is the latest DVD/Blu-ray cover available for that movie's page.

Yes, the DVD industry believes they should remake all the covers so the old movies look as dull and bland as the new ones. I was just saying the same when I saw your comment, they are especially guilty when it comes to 80's horror, the iconic images in your head are replaced by dull lifeless DVD "art".
