Why did michael said that ink on your divorce hasn't dried yet to connie? Carlo did die. Right?

Obviously Carlo died in the first part. The second part is set 7 years later, so Connie remarried and then divorced.

Um, divorce? Connie wasn't divorced from Carlo. Carlo's dead. No divorce necessary when someone's dead.

It means that after Carlo was killed, she got remarried, divorced, and now she wants to get married for a third time.

And Michael doesn't approve of such behavior. Especially not from his own sister.
