Re: TV for Trump supporters
Love this show. Also love Black-ish and I can tell you it is a show for "democratic" candidate! So what's your point?!?!? Let it goenjoy the comedy.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
So is it your opinion that all shows must have a liberal stant.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
That's the whole point of liberals everything must support their liberal system, if it doesn't then it must be censored. Ain't liberalism grand?
Re: TV for Trump supporters
Rule #1 - liberal = hypocrite
Re: TV for Trump supporters
Is it your opinion that if it doesn't have a conservative slant, it is automatically liberal? It sounds like that's EXACTLY what you are saying.
I think his point is that the show can be funny without all the political crap, whether it is liberal or conservative.

Re: TV for Trump supporters
If that is what he meant, he would be back to clarify his comments. Since he's hasn't, he's obviously a troll and Corey was pretty much correct.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
Some people have lives off the internet, but apparently you wouldn't know anything about that. But, you seem to know a lot about trolling, because you keep doing it.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
#1 - He posted it 3 weeks ago.
#2 - There have been a dozen or so direct replies to him.
#3 - He's been back on IMDB since then.
#4 - Showing everyone that you are a retarded liberal isn't trolling; it is showing everyone you are a retarded liberal.

I would guess that is his opinion. The Hive* does not tolerate dissent.

Re: TV for Trump supporters
The whole cast doesn't support Trump, I feel pretty confident in saying that Amanda Fuller doesn't support Trump, and she seems to be handling working on the show ok.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
"Never mind walking a mile in my shoes. Try thinking a day in my head."
Re: TV for Trump supporters
And another troll pops up. Looks like the ratings for the show must be pretty good. Mike made a really funny joke on the show about Trump having internment camps (kind of like that other Republican FDR, right?). Tim Allen before the election supported John Kasich, not Trump.
In later seasons, Mike Baxter leans far more Libertarian than he does Republican.

Thedore Roosevelt was a Republican not fdr
Yes, I know. Sorry, forgot to add the sarcasm indicators there.
TR was politically a progressive while FDR was politically a socialist. As with modern times, the party labels mean little when you look at what they are doing or want to do.

Re: TV for Trump supporters
Not me. I voted for Sanders in the primary, then spent the summer almost praying that Hillary would at least pick him for veep, even though all the pundits on MSNBC kept saying it would never happen. (The ONLY thing it turned out they were right about. ) Then in the general, I voted Hillary. So I actually lost THREE different times in 2016.
But Last Man isn't bad. Half the writers are LibDem - I read an article - so they keep things from getting too lopsided.

I voted for Sanders in the primary and Hillary in the general election
Re: TV for Trump supporters
Considering most shows have a large liberal slant I find it refreshing although I think they could ease up a tad on the politics, still love the show.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
Actually, they have backed off - even prior to the election - and the show hasn't been as good.
I wonder if they are backing away from it in order to make it more appealing for syndication.

Re: TV for Trump supporters
Tim Allen is actually against Trump.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
In the OP's cocoon, probably anyone who isn't a member of THIS cult (as he/she almost certainly is), erroneously known today as "liberalism," is "a Trump supporter."
https://grrrgraphics.files.wordpress.com/2011/01/shrine_of_the_statists1.jpg
"Liberals" should actually be glad Trump got elected. It makes things easier for them. If you can dismiss anyone who questions the canons and dogma of the State cult as a "Trump supporter" or "Trumptard," you can avoid all that hard work involved in re-thinking your religion. A lot of people voted for Trump simply as the only viable alternative to Queen Cacklepants, the Alinskyite Witch.

A lot of people voted for Trump simply as the only viable alternative to Queen Cacklepants, the Alinskyite Witch.
The problem with your argument is, Trump is not a viable alternative to ANYTHING. Republicans screwed up. It hasn't even been a week, and they're already seeing Trump was a huge mistake. Hillary was the lesser of 2 evils.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
Hillary was the lesser of 2 evils
100% wrong. Had the government (both parties) not been so sh!tty for the past couple of decades, President Trump wouldn't have ran.
Hillary, on the other hand, has lusted after power all of her life. She's lied and used people and claimed to be a feminist while clinging to the coat-tails of her sexually abusive husband because that was the only way she could get power.
Had she gone back to Arkansas to become a senator, I could have respected that. But, she knew she didn't have a chance - hell, Arkansas and Tennessee both voted for Bush rather than Gore - so she went to an idiotic liberal state to get power.
She is exactly the type of person who should NEVER have power. She would have fit in perfectly as POTUS between 1865 - 1923.
And, no, we aren't seeing President Trump as a mistake. We are seeing the snowflakes have a melt-down and the liberal media doubling-down on their fake news and hatred. That simply reinforces that we were right.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
It's been four days since you wrote this. If you still believe that there is anybody worse than that vile excuse for a human being, you are part of the problem this country is facing. By voting for that nasty, hateful man, you are condoning his actions. You will be suffering the consequences along with the rest of us for a long, long time.
But go on ahead with the tired old "snowflake" insult and enjoy being "right."

I do not see anybody worse than the vile excuse for a human being, Hillary Clinton.
By voting for that nasty, hateful man, you are condoning his actions.
No, I'm voting against Hillary and saying that any woman who calls herself a feminist shouldn't stay with a cheating, sexually assaulting husband and should take millions in "donations" from countries which don't let women vote, work, wear what they want and blame them for being raped.
She also took millions in "donations" from those same countries who don't just persecute homosexuals; they throw them off of roof tops.
Either way, I'm sure you supported Bill Clinton when he was in the WH.
As I said, she would have been a "perfect" POTUS between 1865 - 1923. Unfortunately, I doubt you actually understand what that means.
You will be suffering the consequences along with the rest of us for a long, long time.
Not so much. The stock market is up and he's good for business. Jimmy Hoffa Jr. of the Teamsters - a long time supporter of the dems - just gave President Trump a ringing endorsement. That is pretty much a death-toll for the dems as they were always looked at as the "party of the working people." Yet, 0bama put millions out of work, especially among black Americans, and Hillary wanted to continue his failed policies.
But go on ahead with the tired old "snowflake" insult
If the shoe fits, snowflake.
I also don't know why a princess like you would watch this show. It seems like you would be offended the entire time, other than when Ryan spews some of his cr*p.
enjoy being "right."
I do. Sometimes it is a burden, but I have broad enough shoulders to handle the burden.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
100% wrong.
YeahNo. 100% right, actually. Hasn't even been 2 weeks, and Trump has made the US the laughing stock of the world.
Had the government (both parties) not been so sh!tty for the past couple of decades, President Trump wouldn't have ran.
HmmmThe past couple decades included 2 terms of George W. Bush. Imagine thatbut it's all Obama's fault, right? Wrong.
so she went to an idiotic liberal state to get power.
An idiotic liberal state that has the largest, most culturally diverse city in the US. Yeah. Must be the DUMBEST state in the landrepresentative of the masses. But, don't worry. Your idiot, Trump, is trying to "fix" that "diverse/representing the masses" thing in his first week and a half in the WHITE House.
She is exactly the type of person who should NEVER have power. She would have fit in perfectly as POTUS between 1865 - 1923.
HmmmYeah. Except for WWI, the end of slavery through the roaring '20s REALLY sucked. Maybe you should crack open a history book once in a while.
And, no, we aren't seeing President Trump as a mistake. We are seeing the snowflakes have a melt-down
Maybe you'd like to tell the MILLIONS of protesters NATIONWIDE how they must be wrong in person. Yeah. Didn't think so. Big talk from behind a computer screen.
and the liberal media doubling-down on their fake news and hatred. That simply reinforces that we were right.
There you go with your short attention span again. I already explained that Fox News is part of the fake news the ACTUAL FACTUAL media is talking about.
And, funny. It was real news when they were bashing Obama left and right. But, now that the spotlight is on Trump, it's fake news and hatred.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
Hasn't even been 2 weeks, and Trump has made the US the laughing stock of the world.
No, it is more like the left is still butt-hurt that he's President so they are going crazy about everything he does. You do realize that 0bama had the same travel ban back in 2011, don't you? Did you see the snowflakes melting then?
No. Why? Because rule #1 - liberal = hypocrite.
The past couple decades included 2 terms of George W. Bush. Imagine thatbut it's all Obama's fault, right?
Did I say that, princess?
An idiotic liberal state that has the largest, most culturally diverse city in the US.
Right. Because she is a liberal and NEVER lived in that state, you are ok with her going there to get elected to represent those people. That is just down-right scummy. As I said, if she'd gone back and become a senator from Arkansas it would make sense. instead, she lusted for the power she could get by being a senator from NY.
Trump, is trying to "fix" that "diverse/representing the masses" thing in his first week and a half in the WHITE House
Right. By putting in the same ban 0bama had when he was POTUS. Did your vagina bleed back in 2011 when 0bama put in the travel ban?
HmmmYeah. Except for WWI, the end of slavery through the roaring '20s REALLY sucked. Maybe you should crack open a history book once in a while.
Yeah, I figured you'd be too f(cking stupid to understand what I meant. Most of the presidents during those years were incredibly corrupt. That is why Hillary would have fit in, moron.
Maybe you'd like to tell the MILLIONS of protesters NATIONWIDE how they must be wrong in person. Yeah. Didn't think so. Big talk behind a computer screen.
And a little pansy like you isn't? Yeah, I'd tell it to their faces - if I had sufficient fire-power to remove all of them when they started rioting again.
Seriously. Do you remember the riots when 0bama took office? It's almost like the left are hypocrites - that they ONLY accept what they think should be accepted.
President Trump won. Hillary lost. Anyone else would have beat President Trump, but they chose the WORST person to run. Get over it.
Actually, don't. Keep it up, snowflake. All you are doing ins further nailing shut the coffin of the left. This is all going to be thrown back into your pig-ugly faces in 2020.
ACTUAL FACTUAL media is talking about.
You mean like the buzzfeed story CNN reported on even though they knew it to be wrong? I don't mean that they got duped. I mean CNN flat out said that they couldn't prove anything to be true, but they felt they needed to report it anyway.
Stations used to lose their licenses for that. Now, the snowflakes gobble that cr*p up because it is against the people they don't like.
Too bad you are too stupid to know the difference.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
YeahNot really. If he was against Trump, he would have spoken out or marched like millions did on election day.
He's clearly conservative. He appeared on Fox News a couple weeks before the election.
He's clearly conservative. He appeared on Fox News a couple weeks before the election.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
I guess it never occurred to you that not all anti-Trump people live in that little box that you would just love to lock them in. And, umm you do know that liberals have appeared on Fox News. Right? Or have you been walking around with your little blinders on?
"Never mind walking a mile in my shoes. Try thinking a day in my head."
Re: TV for Trump supporters
I guess you've been living under a rock for the last 6 years and never actually watched Last Man Standing. You also clearly didn't see Tim Allen's interview that I referred to. And, ummYou seem to be the one with the blinders on, because Fox News is part of the "fake news" that the media is talking about.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
I guess you've been living under a rock for the last 6 years and never actually watched Last Man Standing.
We've watched it and seen him take an unintelligent young man under his wing and accept him into the family because of the character of the young man.
We've seen him accept his (now) SIL back into his family's life, even though the SIL flat out insulted Mike's wife.
We've seen him help his daughter and father start businesses.
We've seen him help out homeless people and talk about the charities he donates to you.
We've seen him help his liberal SIL promote his causes because while he doesn't agree with him, he respects his convictions.
You also clearly didn't see Tim Allen's interview that I referred
I saw his interview on The Kelly File where he talked about how he liked Kasich. I've also read other interviews where he's talked about being more Libertarian than Conservative.
because Fox News is part of the "fake news" that the media is talking about
One Conservative network vs the dozens of liberal ones. Works for me.
In addition, Fox hasn't even come close to being as bad as the vile, flagship network for liberal news - CNN. Reporters used to lose their jobs and stations used to lose their licenses for putting out reports like they just did with that Buzzfeed story.
Had the news networks been doing their jobs of un-biased reporting, Fox News would never have been started.
All these years later and liberals still go ape-sh!t about Fox while loving the liberal networks which are much, much worse.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
None of the cast members really support Trump. Tim has made fun of Trump on this show as Mike Baxter. Even though he's conservative, Trump is a bit much for him. I think many conservatives, like myself, feel that way. I don't support Trump, lean conservative, and enjoy this show. You should be able to enjoy a good TV show regardless of your personal political leanings. If you don't like a show that's one thing. But when did liking a show make me a Trump supporter? That's like saying everyone who watches Blackish voted for Hillary. Can't we just laugh at ourselves? Why don't we try this, stop hating each other and start talking to each other. The more we listen, the more we'll realize that we have more in common with each other than we thought.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
I'm anti-trump. Voted Democrat every presidential election since I've been old enough to vote (9 for 9). And I LOVE this show. First, great comedy!! Good writing and comedic timing. Second, Mike is consistent with his views. 3rd, politically the show leans right but shows balance. A couple of exampkes. When Mandy wants to join a sorority Mike rails on how he doesn't like when people confi r m to a group, then as Eve walks by in jrotc uniform he states "looking sharp Eve'
Another is when he and Kristen argue about immunizations. He states (and I'm paraphrasing ) liberal hypocrisy, when it's global warming science is good, when it's immunizationa science is bad. Mike is right, that is liberal hypocrisy. BUT, the reversal (science bad for global warming- science good for immunizations) is conservative hypocrisy, which wasn't said, but could be implied.

Don't think it necessarily shows balance as much as it shows Eve is obviously his favorite daughter because she thinks like him.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
"Hillary was the lesser of 2 evils."
How so? Maybe you could bottom-line it for me on my own (patent pending) Statist Scale, aka the Coercion Meter. It's so simple even your average Dumbest Generation "liberal" should get it:
Imagine a horizontal line with hashmarks from 0 to 10. At zero we have the pacifist libertarian-anarchist Robert LeFevre, at about 1 to 2 we have regular libertarians, and at 3 to 4 small-government conservatives. Then at 10 we have total Big Government tyrants: Hitler, Mao, Stalin, etc. Let's say from about 7 to 9 we have what I call "the State-fellator Zone," consisting of "liberals," State socialists, etc. That's where you'd find, say, Obama. You could argue with the numerical rating, but let's put Hillary at 8.
Granted Trump is not consistently pro-freedom (his support of the Kelo decision, for example); but would Trump actually be closer to a 10 than the Alinksyite Witch? If so, why?

Well, first of all, your scale is bogus where liberals are concerned-biased and therefore, totally invalid, and just stupid and probably racist where Obama is concerned. But, where Trump is concerned, uh YEAH. That's EXACTLY it. Only Trump sheep don't see that he has a tyrannical personality. Trump is a narcissistand even worse, a borderline sociopath. Obviously, you won't have a clue what that means. But, you're on the internet. Look it up.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
Oh, okay. Well, what can I say to such a scholarly and well-reasoned reply as that? Still would like to know why Trump is more of a statist than Obama and the Dowager Empress of Chappaqwua, but I guess I'm not going to get a straight answer on that one.
The Stupid Leftwhere Saul Alinsky meets the Dumbest Generation.
The Stupid Leftwhere Saul Alinsky meets the Dumbest Generation.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
Still would like to know why Trump is more of a statist than Obama and the Dowager Empress of Chappaqwua
UhBecause Trump has 1 philosophyhis way or the highway, and absolutely NO concept of compromise. It's rang true barely over a week into his presidency. But, I'm kind of enjoying watching the Trump train wreck. Trump is in over his head and embarrassing himself. Only problem is, he is embarrassing the country now too, not just himself.
Obama didn't do that. Obama understood government and the role of Congress and the Constitution, which everyone with a brain knows Trump has never read. Congress also blocked Obama at every turn.
I'd like to know why you think Obama (wouldn't have ANYTHING to do with his skin color or his name, would it?) and Hillary are statists.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
Because Trump has 1 philosophyhis way or the highway, and absolutely NO concept of compromise.
When did 0bama compromise with the GOP when he was in the IL state senate?
When did 0bama compromise with the GOP when he was in the US senate?
When did 0bama compromise with the GOP when he was POTUS?
Obama didn't do that.
Nice attempt at changing history.
Obama understood government and the role of Congress and the Constitution,
Is that why he used his "pen and phone" to subvert the process?
Congress also blocked Obama at every turn.
Yep, they blocked his $700 (failed) stimulus bill, they blocked him increasing unemployment benefits, they blocked 0bamacare.you're just reading cr*p right out of the dems playbook, aren't you?
But, I'm kind of enjoying watching the Trump train wreck.
Keep telling yourself it is a train-wreck, princess. He's getting things done quicker than most. And, I'm sure you are offended at his travel ban. Of course, you weren't offended when 0bama did the same thing in 2011.
Trump is in over his head and embarrassing himself.
You mean, 0bama was in over his head. He was a "Constitutional lawyer" and yet got thumped by the SCOTUS about a dozen times, including more than a couple of them which were 9 - 0 against him.
Only problem is, he is embarrassing the country now too, not just himself.
He's only embarrassing the snowflakes. The decent, intelligent people like that he's not some candy-azz, pansy politician. We like that he's throwing it back in your faces.
I'm sure your attention span is very short so I'll ask again.
When did 0bama compromise with the GOP when he was in the IL state senate?
When did 0bama compromise with the GOP when he was in the US senate?
When did 0bama compromise with the GOP when he was POTUS?
Re: TV for Trump supporters
Do you even understand what statism is? Although you obviously are quite the scholar, I'm guessing not. Or you're the typical "liberal" government sniffer and State fellator, always in denial. "Love the State, want more of the State. slurp slurp, statey state state . . . . Hey, why are you calling me 'statist'?"
Re: TV for Trump supporters
In his defense, he thought you meant "sadist" and it got him turned on.
Re: TV for Trump supporters
Well, sadism and statism go together. While there is certainly a masochistic streak to most "liberals" ("Tax me, Big Brother! Tax me good and hard!"), the stronger streak these days seems to be sadism. And I don't just mean the kinky leather-and-handcuffs variety. (Although for a look at the Comte De Sade's role in the growth of the modern Left, see Erik von Khuennelt-Leddhin's classic LEFTISM.)
In THE ART OF LOVING Erich Fromm describes sadism as the desire, not just to hurt people, but to dominate and rule them. Sounds familiar, no?
As H. L. Mencken wrote, "The desire to save humanity is almost always a false-face for the desite to rule it."

Ahhh, the typical, tolerant liberal.
Only Trump sheep don't see that he has a tyrannical personality.
0bama sheep didn't see that either. He never worked with the GOP when he was a state senator, he never worked with the GOP when he was a US senator, he never worked with the GOP when he was POTUS - he simply used his "pen and phone" to subvert the Constitution.
He defines what a sociopath is. Obviously, you don't care because you are a liberal and therefore agree with your liberal masters.
