deleted and banned accounts.

An example of a banned account is bringjoy-40739, and all of the user's posts are deleted. Whereas a deleted account actually retains its posts, but the profile for it generates HTTP error 404 "Not found".

Yes, and to my best hypothesis, this only happens when a user voluntarily shuts down his/her account.

Makes sense. That was going to be my follow-up question. I've been trying to figure that out.
