The best story to come out of it is a detective approaching a reporter in drag, who thought appearing as a female would grant him access to the crime scene, and asking quietly: "Are you one of us?"

a great but almost impossible to torrent/find film is "Time after time" which has H.G. welles himself involved with The Ripper.
